Trois-Rivières, August 20, 2018 – The Trois-Rivières Port Authority (TRPA) has mandated the firm Cible Recherche to conduct a survey among the population of Trois-Rivières.

In recent years, there has been a significant development in the Port’s activities, in addition to an increase of its presence in the community through various partnerships. “Today, we would like to take the public’s pulse to better appreciate their perception of the Port, but also their vision for our future. It is very important for the TRPA to nurture a partnership with the city’s citizens and businesses, in a sustainable development perspective,” explains President and CEO Gaétan Boivin.

This survey is a first for the TRPA. In a constant effort to continuously improve its governance and activities, the results of this consultation will provide a portrait of the situation through the eyes of Trois-Rivières residents and will serve as a guide for the future.

A first phase of the survey was conducted by phone during the week of August 13 and a Web-based consultation began on Monday, August 20. The population of Trois-Rivières is invited to visit the bit.ly/portv3r page to share their opinion.
