Notice Of Revision Of Harbour Fees At The Trois-Rivières Port Authority

(Section 51 of the Canada Marine Act)

Take note that the Trois-Rivières Port Authority is proposing the following rates increases:

  1. Increase of 7.1% to harbour, anchorage and berthage dues for Canadian and Foreign ships and for passenger charges.
  2. Average increase of 7.1% to wharfage dues.
  3. Increase of side wharfage dues to grain loading ships from $0.24 to $0.28 per metric ton.
  4. Increase of 7.1% for fresh water supply and deliverance of hot work permit.

These revised rates will be in effect on January 1st, 2023.

Public Notice To Attend The Annual General Meeting of The Trois-Rivières Port Authority

Notice is hereby given that the Trois-Rivières Port Authority will hold its Annual General Meeting, at the “salle Mékinac” at the hotel Delta of Trois-Rivières at 1620 Rue Notre Dame Centre, Trois-Rivières, QC G9A 6E5in the presence of the auditors of the firm MNP, on May 26 2022, at 10:30 a.m.

This meeting is open to the public.

Please note that the audited financial statements of the Port Authority will be available for consultation as part of the 2021 Annual Report, which will be added, on May 26, under the Port Authority tab of our website

This public notice is given accordingly to sections 34 and 35 of the Canada Marine Act.
