In 2008, the Port of Trois-Rivières deployed the On course for 2020 development plan, which was completed three years ahead of schedule and within the allocated budgets. In addition to modernizing the entire Port and ensuring harmonious integration with its adjacent urban environment, this ambitious plan has considerably increased the economic impacts generated by the Port.

Over a 10-year period, we have seen an increase of:

  • + 58,5 % of the total volume of cargo handled
  • + 56,5 % of incoming and outgoing vessels
